Match 1

Pete Chambers vs. Ken Vitale

Pete Chambers 5'11" 146 18yo
Ken Vitale 5'10" 145 27yo

Ken (green/black speedos) has been training with the NHB Wrestlers for 4 months. When he saw Pete (red speedos) on REC ROOM BATTLES 27 he told NHB that he wanted Pete to be his first NHB Match. He got his match. Pete is real tough for 146 pounds, in great shape (he boxes weekly in Texas) and learning more and more submission wrestling. Ken too is in great shape, works out daily in NYC and loves to wrestle. He has really strong legs for his size and know very well how to use them.

As soon as these wrestlers hit the mat, Ken wraps Pete in a body scissors. At first Pete smiles and thinks he is going to just slide out, but his smile soon changes to a grimace as Ken puts on the pressure. Now Pete is really struggling to get out of the scissors without taping out. Pete realizes he has to use his own powerful legs just to be even with Ken, so he goes to work. He likes using his height to turn his opponent over on his neck and put on the pressure, and Ken doesn't like that at all. At one point, Pete gets Ken in a schoolboy pin position, grabs both legs and brings Ken over on his shoulders. When the pressure of the hold is not enough to make Ken submit, Pete wraps his long , strong legs around Ken's waist and squeezes hard. It's just matter of time - Ken taps.

He comes back tougher and stronger. He pushes the 18 year old around until Pete really starts taking control. At one point, Pete goes after Ken fast and hard, gets control and dominates. But Ken is a real fighter. He counters, balances, and reverses only to totally frustrate the teenager.
You can expect to see a lot more of both Pete and Ken on NHB BATTLE Wrestling.

Match 2

Cole Brooks vs. Max Anderson

Cole Brooks 5'10" 199 22yo
Max Anderson 5'11" 181 21yo

Cole (blue speedos) asked for a match against Max (green speedos) a long time ago. Because of his college soccer schedule, we've had to put this match off till his season was over. NHB warned Max that Cole was a really tough kid with big muscles, especially his legs. The totally confident Max Anderson was sure he could handle the challenge.
Right off the start Max works fast and gets behind Cole with a great full nelson. He pushes and keeps it locked on really tight for almost a full minute before Cole taps out. Cole now comes back ready for a real brawl. He brings Max to the mat and uses his awesome power to easily keep Max on the defensive. Cole stays behine Max working on his face and head. When he wraps his legs around Max for the body scissors, Max immediately goes for his favorite hold, the ankle lock that he has beaten so many opponents with. But Cole has watched Max's matches. No way is he going to be caught in that ankle lock. Cole escapes each and every attempt Max makes. Cole's huge arms has Max struggling to get his head released and to get some air. Cole is out to beat the "pretty boy" at all cost. Finally a vicious chest scissors has Max in real trouble. Cole squeezes with everything he has and Max does everything he possibly can to escape. Cole's power and strength is just no match for Max and Max is forced to tap.
They continue for a couple more matches and it's all out submission wrestling at it's best. Max uses his thighs to really squeeze and weaken Cole. Max starts wrestling faster and with more confidence and has Cole struggling to counter all the moves and locks. Cole uses his incredible power to push Max off him a few times. This is great. Max is challenged much more than we anticipated. We've already scheduled the rematch.

Match 3

Denny Webb vs. Todd Shaw

Denny Webb 5'11" 164 19yo
Todd Shaw 6'4" 204 24yo

Denny (pink speedos) at 164 lbs., is an accomplished amateur wrestler. He has also done a number of professional wrestling shows in various places and is currently training in a professional wrestling school. He contacted NHB and asked to wrestle only big, muscular guys that would be a real challenge. Todd (orange speedos) is a former college football player, currently modeling and working on his Masters Degree. He is cut, very muscular, super strong, but lacking in a lot of wrestling experience. They both happened to be at the NHB Studio to wrestle other guys closer to their own size and ability when Denny challenged Todd and told NHB that he wanted his first match to be against Todd. Denny is giving away five inches and 40 lbs. to Todd. The more NHB tried to talk Denny out of this match, the more he was determined to wrestle the big, muscle boy. The match was on.
They got to the mat right away and Denny , using his skill, gets control. But it becomes quite obvious that Todd is much stronger. He turns Denny and the little guy is squirming. But Denny's a brawler. He keeps up the pressure trying to tire out the big guy. You'll see right away, there is no doubt about Denny's skill. He proves he can handle the big guy when he keeps regaining control and keeps Todd on his back. Todd, with his really long, strong legs, had Denny body-scissored from his back on the mat. After almost 10 minutes, Denny gets Todd's legs apart and goes for the front roll over. Todd is over on his shoulders when Denny works for the whizzor or front grape-vine. Todd is in real trouble and he uses all his power to get out. He just can't handle the hold and eventually taps, to the amazement of everyone except Denny.
The next match lasts more than ten minutes of an even give and take from both wrestlers. Denny uses a really tight, well-applied head scissors and keeps Todd on the mat and struggling for almost two minutes. It's outstanding to watch this little guy handle the big muscle man. But Todd learns quick . He reverses the hold and gets Denny's head between his own thighs and it's all over. Denny tries to get out, but there is just no way. Todd's thighs are way strong and his 6'4" of muscle keep Denny from reaching his angles to break the hold. Denny is forced to tap out.
They are one - to - one in their first match and we've promised Denny a rematch real soon.

Match 4

Tino Bravado vs. Bobby Baker

Tino Bravado 5'8" 154 19yo
Bobby Baker 5'11" 168 19yo

THE REMATCH! Neither Tino (green speedos) nor Bobby (red speedos) felt like there was a winner in their first match. Bobby was not happy when Tino started telling his friends that he won the match. NHB was convinced that there would be a decisive victory in this match. WRONG! Again these two muscle teens wrestled to a draw, getting one submission each. They both have super strong legs and each thought the other would tap out if caught in a head scissors. Only one of them was right. They each got the head scissors one each other and only one of them tapped. The other wrestler resorted to a vicious choke to get a tap out.
These two tough teens wrestle with a lot of respect for each other. They both know that either one of them can be beat if the right hold is applied. They each totally know how strong the other is - and that creates respect. Bobby tries over and over to use his long, lanky body to out balance and control Tino. But Tino is just too strong. Tino is so powerful he can just toss Bobby around. Bobby has to rely on his wrestling ability to get control of Tino.
This is not over. These two guys are already planning the rematch. Bobby has been coming to NHB just to learn more moves and holds. We can't wait till this feud is settled.
