Match 1

Danny Webb vs. Max Anderson

Denny Webb 5'11" 164 19yo
Max Anderson 5'11" 179 21yo

Denny (black-red speedos) couldn't wait for the chance to wrestle Max (blue speedos). Denny is the smallest NHB wrestler that Max has wrestled , so Max thought he would be able to take it easy and have some fun. Denny went right at the bigger Max. When Max put a tight head scissors on Denny, the little guy just wrestled right out of it. Denny kept tying up Max's arms and keeping the tough guy from using his power. Denny uses his own head scissors but Max reverses it into a boston crab that really has Denny hurtin'. But Denny is real, real tough. He keeps reversing whatever Max throws at him. At one point, Max is so wrapped up, legs and feet and all 180 lbs of him resting on his neck along with Denny's 165lbs, that You can actually see Max's hand start up as if he would tap out. But he hangs on and continues to struggle.

A wicked head scissors has Max talking to Denny. Max is really in trouble. He never talks during a match. Even Max can't match the skill of this lighter, trained wrestler. Denny just know too much and has great balance. He has been wrestling 12 of his 19 years, and he's still training. Max told us after the match, that Denny's thighs are really , really strong and very hard to escape from. This match lasts 25 minutes with only one submission at the very end. They don't even get off the mat. There is only one take down and the wrestling continues until finally one wrestler taps out.

Max Anderson fans can't miss this one. IT's by far his best match so far. Max has much more to handle than he ever thought the would with this tough 165 pounder.

Match 2

Denny Webb vs. Todd Shaw

Denny Webb 5'11" 164 19yo
Todd Shaw 6'4" 204 24yo

THE REMATCH ! Denny (green speedos) only had to wait one week for his rematch against Todd (red speedos) What Todd didn't tell us was that he had a workout session with a wrestler friend of his and learned more moves and holds. This time Todd comes out ready to put Denny down and move on to bigger and tougher wrestlers. It's a really tight full nelson and body scissors that gets the first submission out of Denny. Todd uses that extra 40 pounds he has on Denny to keep the little guy on the mat struggling for the upper position. When Denny finally does reverse and get control, he uses all his strength and skill to keep the big guy down and he's pretty successful, but he just can't get the big muscle boy to tap out. Todd is able to push Denny's head back so far that he can lift his legs and get Denny in a nasty head scissors. Denny groans and moans in frustration and big time "hurt'. No way out, he taps.

Twenty-five minutes of great submission moves. Todd doesn't get winded and Denny just keeps getting tougher and better, but Todd is just too big and too strong. Denny does a great job, we are really impressed with him at NHB BATTLE and we love his attitude. He just wants to wrestle. He'll wrestle anyone at anytime. He's definitely the most confident of the NHB Wrestlers.

Todd is looking for more training. He plans on coming to wrestle for NHB BATTLE at least once every month. We have a feeling that the NHB Guys will be lining up to wrestle this muscle-model boy.

Match 3

Todd Shaw vs. Max Anderson

Todd Shaw 6'4" 204 24yo
Max Anderson 5'11" 181 21yo

Todd (dark blue speedos) is "SO" ready to take on Max (light blues speedos). He's been wrestling with a couple of his buddies and learning more moves and holds. More than any other hold, he's been working on his head scissors and has really perfected the move. His thighs are incredibly strong and he is convinced that, if he can get Max tight in his legs, Max will tap.
They face each other and lock up. Max told us later that he was really impressed with how strong Todd is in the lock up position. They strain and push on their feet, trying to get each other to the mat. They both work for a good head lock and take down. Once on the mat, Todd keeps Max away with his long legs, scissoring Max around the waist. Max tries putting pressure on Todd's neck and face, but Todd is just too strong. Todd cradles Max and has Max "chewing on his knee" but Max says' You don't' think I'm going to give up in this". Todd throws in a full nelson, a really, really good one and wraps Max in a body scissor. We all think it's all over for Max, but Max has that incredible ankle lock. He throws it on Todd and in just 10 seconds has Todd taping out. Max was really in trouble, but once again proves what a really great wrestler he is.

But this match has a totally surprise ending. You've got to see Max. We've never seen Max Anderson like this in all the matches he's done for NHB BATTLE. Todd is intense - no smiles, no fun - all business. He really presses Max's buttons. Just one more fall. You've got to see for yourself.
